What To Expect

It's a working warehouse, not a boutique

Walking in for the first time? Here's the honest version of what you'll find when you pull into the lot.

01

Bins & Racks

$3, $5, and $10 bins line the floor. Premium pieces hang on racks. Everything is mixed era and mixed brand. That's the point.

02

Dig Energy

This is hands-in-the-bin shopping. Wear something comfortable, give yourself room to move, and plan for at least an hour.

03

Cash & Card

We take debit, credit, and cash. No minimums. Bulk buyers: ask staff about volume pricing before you check out.

04

Ask Staff Anything

We sort 150–200 lbs of vintage every day, so we know what just hit the floor and what's coming. Ask, and we'll point you to it.

When To Come

Any day's a good day. Some are better

We sort fresh stock onto the floor all day, every weekday. There's no "drop day" to plan around, but here's how the rhythm of a day usually breaks down.

8:00 – 9:30 AM
Quietest

Right at open

First through the door. The floor is freshly walked, racks are tidy, and you'll have whole bins to yourself. Best if you like to focus.

9:30 – 11:30 AM
Steady

Mid-morning

A few regulars in. Sorting is rolling — new pieces hitting racks every few minutes. Sweet spot for most shoppers.

12:00 – 1:30 PM
Busiest

Lunch hour

Lunchtime crowd shows up. Resellers on rounds, friends in pairs, more energy on the floor. Less elbow room in the bins.

1:30 – 3:30 PM
Steady

Last call

Quieter again. Staff is finishing the day's sort, so the freshest stuff of the day often lands now. Worth a stop on your way home.

Patterns shift day to day, so call 416-630-7007 if you need a specific window.

Bring This

A short list to come prepared

  • Reusable bags

A tote, a duffel, or grocery bags. Resellers should bring more than they think they need.

  • Comfortable clothes

You'll be bending, lifting, and digging. Skip the white outfit. Layers help, since the warehouse temperature shifts with the season.

  • Cash or card

We take both. Card is fine for any amount; cash works too. Bulk buyers: ask about pricing before you check out.

  • An hour, minimum

You can't speed-run a vintage warehouse. Block out time to actually dig. Most regulars stay 60–90 minutes.

  • A friend (optional)

Two pairs of eyes catch more pieces. And digging is more fun with company.

Visit FAQ

The questions first-timers always ask

Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during open hours, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The only people who book ahead are stylists, costume departments, or resellers placing a bulk order. For those, send us a note.
Can I try things on?
There's a small change area on the floor. Most regulars hold things up, eyeball the fit, or try pieces over what they're already wearing. At $3–$10 a piece, it's pretty low risk to take a chance.
Are there restrooms?
Yes. Staff washroom available on request, just ask.
Is it accessible?
The warehouse is on a single ground level with no stairs at the entry. Parking is on flat pavement next to the building. The bins are mid-height and racks are standard. If you have specific access needs, give us a call ahead at 416-630-7007 and we'll make sure it works.
Can I bring kids?
Absolutely. It's a warehouse, not a museum, so there's room to roam. Strollers fit in the main aisles. Just keep an eye on little hands around the racks.
What about returns or exchanges?
Sales on bin items are final. At $3–$10 a piece, the price reflects "as-is." For premium pieces, talk to staff before you leave; we'll work with you if there's a problem we missed on the rack.
Can I bring my dog?
Service animals always welcome. Otherwise, it's a working warehouse with bins of textiles on the floor, so we keep it humans-only.
Will photos and prices on the website match what's in store?
The online shop is a small sampler. Most of the warehouse only lives in person. Stock rotates daily, so what you see online today might already be gone, and 95% of what's on the floor will never be photographed. Come dig.
